METHOD OF PAYMENT:


Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal

Prepayment accepted with Money Orders or Certified Funds

Wire Transfers or Direct Deposit, Call for Information

We do not accept C.O.D. orders.


SALES AND WARRANTY POLICY:


Warranty periods are specific to the type of part sold.  Warranty periods, if any, will be stated on the customers invoice.

Nineapart’s sole obligation under any warranty shall be, at our option, to replace or issue a credit note for the cost of any part or parts returned to Nineapart, and which, upon inspection, shall disclose to our satisfaction to have been defective.

The warranty (if any) specified on the customers invoice does not apply and will be null and void, if parts are damaged or taken apart by the customer or if motors and/or transmission are not installed by a registered repair facilty.

There is no warranty on parts used for racing, electrical parts, any glass items or parts that have been damaged due to improper installation.  

In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.  Nineapart, assumes no responsibility for any injury or damages arising from the use of its products, nor for diagnosis, removal or installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other consequential damages or expenses.

Terms, prices, specifications of products and policies herein are subject to change without prior notice. 

All rebuildable vehicle and body parts are sold on an “as is” basis.

We do not certify mileage on engines or transmissions.

All cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

There are no other expressed or implied warranties.




RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:


  1. No Returns accepted after 30 days, from date of order.
  2. All goods being returned for a credit note must be accompanied by a “Return Goods Authorization” issued by Nineapart.  All unauthorized returns will be refused or sent back to the customers at the customers expense. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless due to our error.
  3. All freight charges are non-refundable.
  4. All returned goods must be in the same condition as when sold and must be in their original packaging and presented with a copy of the original invoice.
  5. All returned parts must bear our identifying marks.
  6. We reserve the right to replace incorrect, defective or otherwise unsuitable parts before issuing a credit note, however the customers must bear the cost of shipping the replacement part to him.
  7. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges on all returned items.  All returned items must be insured.
  8. International customers are responsible for customs on returned items.
  9. Any new part that has been fitted cannot be returned.
  10. There are no returns on electrical items.  There is a replacement warranty only at our discretion.  Electrical items are not guaranteed to solve your electrical problems and we accept no responsibility for improper installation or diagnosis.
  11. There are no returns on deposits, special order items, body sections cut from vehicles to order, books,  tools,  videos, electrical items, parts purchased for diagnostic testing or any merchandise held over 30 days.
  12. The decision to accept goods for exchange is the Sellers and the Sellers decision is final.






CORE RETURN POLICY:


Cores being returned must have a copy of the invoice and the word Core clearly written on the outside of the box.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling round trip on cores being returned to us.

Cores must be rebuildable and complete

Deductions will be made accordingly.





DAMAGED MERCHANDISE POLICY:


We take extra care to make sure your parts are packed properly and reach you unscathed.

If you receive a package from us and the box and /or contents show obvious signs of impact damage, we suggest you call the freight carrier and request an inspection.

Claims for damage during shipment must be made by you to the delivering carrier within 72 hours (3 days).  We cannot initiate the claim for you. Please contact the delivering carrier at once and be sure to save all original packing materials.  It is best to open and inspect the contents in front of the carrier.  If you experience any problems in dealing with the carrier, please contact us for additional help.

Because the conditions of use are beyond our control, seller assumes no obligations or liability for the performance of these articles.  You must establish for yourself whether they are suitable for your use.

All used merchandise must be inspected by the buyer for defects or safety hazards.  Seller states that he in no way guarantees or warrants used merchandise for apparent or non apparent safety hazards.  It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards and/or hire an expert to so inspect.

Not withstanding anything contained herein the Seller shall not be liable, under any circumstances for losses of profits, use of goodwill or for delay in delivery or for any direct or indirect or consequential loss of any kind whatsoever whether caused by negligence or otherwise, howsoever and all conditions and warranties whether expressed or implied are hereby excluded save only those by statute may not be excluded.


PRIVATE POLICY:

We will not rent, loan, sell or otherwise share any information about our clients, with any outside organization.

Any information gathered from our customers is held in strict confidence and solely for our in house marketing efforts.
